Leigh Anne is a wonderfully entrepreneurial and inspiring executive who can think both in and outside the box.

During her time at Nickelodeon she built, pretty much from scratch, the largest TV-based licensing business in the world and the third largest character licensing business of any kind. She hired a top team and sold the world that SpongeBob and Dora could be as big as any animated movie star.

She eventually was given responsibility for all of Viacom’s licensing, including Paramount Studios.

She delivered creative retail marketing concepts, strong licensing deals, and great partner relationships. She expanded the thinking on marketing for the entire organization. On top of that, she is a genuinely honorable and good-hearted person. One of my very favorite executives ever.
